Why do I always forget that I don't like avocado in my smoothies???? I have a smoothie for breakfast almost every weekday. I put lots of good stuff in them like papaya, wild blue berries, spinach, banana, spirulina, barley grass juice powder, dates, chaga, milk thistle, lemon balm.....but I had some extra avocado I wanted to use up before it went bad....so I threw it in my smoothie......and now I am drinking a smoothie I don't like very much......I mostly writing this post so I never forget I don't want avocado in my smoothie....but I'm also curious, what do you put in your smoothie?
